*By signing this form, I agree to pay the following fee BEFORE the first rehearsal or lesson. I understand that the amount of hours that I select includes lessons, rehearsals/coachings and my end-of-semester jury performance. This excludes student showcases, sophomore review, and/or junior & senior recitals. Studio recital performance, recordings or any rehearsals and performance outside UND Music events are not included in the plan that I purchase. My accompanist will not work any more hours than what is agreed upon within this contract. Any extra hours of work will be negotiated with my accompanist.
