This is to serve as a Memorandum of Understanding between (Insert High School Name) located in (City/State) (known hereafter as ‘the High School’) and Loyola University of Chicago (known hereafter as ‘Loyola.’) The institutions wish to jointly administer a program (known hereafter as the ‘Dual Credit Program’) during the Fall and Spring semesters of 2016-2017 to allow high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to earn both high school credit and college credit for a select group of courses.
