This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on the 17th day of January 2012 (“Effective Date”) by and between Comcast Business Communications, LLC (“Company” or “Comcast”), a Delaware limited liability company, with offices located at One Comcast Center, Philadelphia, PA 19103 and Sonoma County (“Customer”), with offices located at 2300 County Center Drive #B-100 Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Herein, the above shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
