Contract Type FiledAugust 21st, 2017The District shall contribute $565.00 to the cost of a single premium per month/ $970.00 to the cost of family premium per month for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in the District’s group health and hospitalization plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction. . If the employees elects the qualified high deductible plan at open enrollment, the district shall contribute $1,000.00 annually to an approved health care savings account for the employee. First eligibility of this contribution would be: 1-1-18 and each January thereafter as long as the employee is enrolled in the qualified high deductible plan.
