The following terms apply to services provided by Lightower Fiber Networks II, LLC, or any Affiliate thereof, where incorporated by reference in a contract or service order executed by any of those provider entities and by the customer. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Provider” shall mean the entity identified as the “Provider” on the Service Order, or the Affiliate of Provider actually providing the Service pursuant to Section 1.3 below.
