The City of South Gate (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified Traffic and Transportation Engineering consultant firms specializing in parking planning, parking management, parking analysis and parking studies to provide a comprehensive “Citywide Parking Study”. The comprehensive Citywide Parking Study to be performed will need to address the impacts of the City’s current parking conditions and recommendations to mitigate them to ensure continued quality of life and economic health of the City. This study will include an evaluation/audit of current parking conditions and demands, analyze future parking demands and make recommendations for the best policies, programs or projects to improve parking Citywide.
