These Agwa Farm Terms of Use (these “Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Agwa, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”), and, together with the Terms of Use, govern your (i) purchase and use of the AgwaGarden and related components thereof (the “Product”) and (ii) access to and use of our services related to the Product, including any software embedded in the Product or otherwise made available to you by the Company in connection with the Product (the “Services”).
