This PSA and IAB 3.0, subject to the amendments herein, shall collectively form the “Agreement”. Any conflict between the terms that govern the relationship between engage BDR, LLC and Publisher shall be resolved by the documents in the following order: the IO (including this PSA), and then IAB 3.0. For purposes of clarity, in IAB 3.0, “Agency” shall refer to engage BDR, LLC and “Media Company” shall refer to the Publisher listed above under “Publisher Information”.
