This Stipulation of Class Action Settlement, including its attached Exhibits, which are incorporated by this reference (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between plaintiff Sherry Hunter, individually, and in her representative capacity on behalf of all others similarly situated (“the Settlement Class”), on the one hand, and defendants Nature’s Way Products, LLC and Schwabe North America, Inc. (collectively, “Nature’s Way”), on the other hand. Ms. Hunter and Nature’s Way are jointly referred to herein as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms used herein are defined in Section 1 herein or indicated in parentheses elsewhere in the agreement.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌
