Whether one or more, all renter(s) and driver(s) hereafter shall be referred to as “Renter.” Company may request a copy of Renter’s driver license. Company may request Renter to present document(s) that can be verified in addition to a driver license and may make copies of the documents. Renter shall remain liable for damage to or caused by use and/or operation, whether authorized or not, of Slingshot by any individual during the rental period.
