Collaborative Archiving of Science Abstracts & Indexes Memorandum of UnderstandingJuly 3rd, 2019
The original Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) called for distributed retention of science abstracts and indexes, as well as those journal holdings published by the American Chemical Society and the Royal Society of Chemistry. This new agreement (effective March 1, 2019) celebrates the completion of the journals protection effort as the Five College Library Repository Collection (FCLRC) has agreed to retain all holdings included in that MOU in perpetuity. In light of that, this new MOU will address journal holdings and abstract and index holdings separately.
