This Funding Agreement, dated as of August 25, 2020, is entered into by and between Longford Capital Fund III, LP (“LCF”), a Delaware limited partnership, on the one hand, and Susman Godfrey LLP (“SG”), a Texas limited liability partnership, on the other hand (LCF and SG are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”).
