Welcome and thank you for your interest in Kollegio, a service made available by Kollegio AI, Inc. (“Kollegio”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms of Use”, and together with any applicable Supplemental Terms (as defined in Section 1.2 (Supplemental Terms)), the “Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of (i) the website located at https://www.kollegio.ai and its subdomains (collectively, the “Website”), (ii) the software-as-a-service platform that we offer through the Website that is subject to these Terms of Use (“Platform”), and (iii) the products, services, content, and other resources available on or enabled via our Website and the Platform, including the chatbot and other generative artificial intelligence tools designed to enable end users to make requests and receive responses related to uploaded documents (collectively, with our Platform and Website, the “Service”).
