That the number of days or parts of days for which an employee receives "sick shall be deducted from Cumulative Sick Pay Credit but no deduction shall be made on account of any day on which an employee would normally be entitled to be off work. Absence on account of illness less than half a day shall not be deducted. Absence on account of illness for half a day or more and less than a full day, shall be deducted as one-half day.
