(hereinafter referred to as “Professional Service Provider” or “PSP”), located at 6836 Austin Center Boulevard, Suite 350, Austin, Texas 78731 enter into the following indefinite delivery indefinite quantity agreement for professional engineering services related to TFC mechanical, electrical and plumbing, or MEP, requirements (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act, Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. Ch. 2254 to be effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below).
