In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement dated 26th February 2007 and Deed of Assignment (First Party Assignment) dated 25th June 2007, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors/Borrowers and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignors and Negasan @ Kandasamy a/l Subramaniam (“the Vendor”) dated 24th April 2006, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
