This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the contractor whose signature appears below (“Participating Contractor”) and the Sponsors of Mass Save (Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, Unitil) (“Sponsors”) and sets out the terms and conditions under which the Participating Contractor shall participate in the “Heat Pump Installer Network” (“HPIN”).
