This SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement’) is entered into between (1) MBS Source eTrading, Inc. (“MBSA”), a registered broker-dealer subject to regulation by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”)), and the subscriber identified in one or more applicable orders placed with MSBA (“Subscriber”) (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement sets forth the terms pursuant to which Subscriber will be permitted to use certain of MBSA’s services, including without limitation MBSA’s Alternative Trading System as defined by Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act (the “ATS”).
