This AMENDMENT TO ROAD IMPACT FEE AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the [24th] day of May, 2023, by and between the City of Westfield, Indiana, a duly formed Indiana municipal corporation (the “City”) and Haehl Group, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (the “Developer”) (collectively, the “Parties”). This Amendment is based upon the exchange of adequate, valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby mutually acknowledged.
