Peak 7 strives to demonstrate grace and forgiveness, however, when deemed necessary disciplinary actions will be tak- en to ensure safety and preserve quality of program for all participants. In the case where a law was broken parents will be notified and there will be the possibility of law enforcement involvement. Physical violence or sexual misconduct toward another participant, Peak 7 staff or volunteer will result in immediate evacuation at the expense of the partici- pant or participant’s legal guardian. All other disciplinary action will be fitting to the infraction and will be documented with incident by the instructor or guide.
