This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 71 of the General Laws of Massachusetts (M.G.L.), as amended, between the Towns of Adams and Cheshire, hereinafter sometimes referred to as member towns. This Agreement supersedes in its entirety the Agreement between the member towns forming the Adams Cheshire Regional School District dated October 25, 1965, as amended.
