This Online Users Agreement (the “Agreement”), including all the rules set forth in the Engage Rulebook (“Engage Rulebook,” available here), which Engage Rulebook is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, shall be applicable to each financial institution or other third party (each a “Financial Counterparty”), (i) which Financial Counterparty has entered into one or more ISDA Master Agreements (each an “ISDA Agreement”) with one or more of the companies that are clients (“Clients”) which purchase commodity trading advisor (“CTA”) services from AEGIS Energy Risk, LLC (“AEGIS”), and (ii) which Financial Counterparty elects to utilize the AEGIS Engage platform (as defined below) to submit bids to purchase (“Bids”) and/or offers to sell (“Offers” also referred to collectively with Bids as “Bids/Offers”) for various uncleared bilateral transactions in response to requests submitted by such Clients (each a “Request”) to AEGIS that are posted from time to time on AEGIS Engage by A
