Whereas first party is developing colony on and over Land Khasara No. 130- 131/1/1, 130-131/3, 130-131/2 total Rakba 1.695 Hectare out of which 1.129 Hectare located at Gram Damkheda Patwari Halka No 21, Tehsil Huzur Zila, Bhopal. The first party has got approval from the concerned departments for developing the colony over the said land and first party has also decided to construct apartment over the plots which are approved under the layout by the Town and Country Planning, Bhopal. The Building permission will also be obtained by the first party and uniform construction will also be done the by the first party on and over the plots approved by the TNCP, Bhopal.
