This Amendment No. 1 (CO #51447 - the “Amendment”) to Task Order No. 51163 (the “Task Order”), together with any attachments, is entered into this 11th day of July, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Volkert, Inc. (“Appraiser”) and Illinois-American Water Company (“Owner”). This Task Order is issued pursuant to that certain Appraisal Master Services Agreement # 47433 (the “Agreement”) dated April 16, 2018, by and between Appraiser and Owner. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement.
