This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is made between Impartner, Inc. (“Impartner”) and the Customer identified on the Order Form (“Customer”). Impartner and Customer are referred to each as a “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”. The Order Form and MSA, including any attachments, appendices or exhibits (“Exhibits”), which are hereby incorporated by reference, shall constitute the “Agreement” between the Parties. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Order Form.
