Any terms or conditions of the customer ordering LGC Standards' Goods or Services (the “Customer”) are ex- pressly excluded unless LGC Standards has explicitly agreed to them in writing. The Terms shall apply even where LGC Stand- ards delivers Goods to or performs Services for the Customer without reservation even while aware of the existence of contradicting terms and conditions.
