This Confirmation Agreement (“Agreement”) between California e-Recording Transaction Network Authority by its agent, Patrick Honny (Group” or “you” or “your(s)”) and Roppongi- Tahoe, LP. ("Owner"), d/b/a Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel (the “Hotel” or “we” or “us” or “our”) is intended to be helpful to both you and us and result in your satisfaction with our performance.
