By clicking accept and downloading the Rockbot application you agree you to be bound by this Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) as of the date of download, (the “Effective Date”) between Rockbot, Inc., with its principal place of business at 1308 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612 (“Rockbot”), and you, (“Customer”). This Agreement governs Rockbot’s delivery of Services (defined below) to Customer at the Premises (defined below) through the platform of Clover Marketplace LLC., with its principal place of business at 5565 Glenridge Connector, NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 (“Clover”). Each party’s acceptance of this Agreement was and is expressly conditional upon the other’s acceptance of the terms contained in the Agreement to the exclusion of all other terms.
