The Drug Advisory Programme (hereinafter, referred to as “DAP”) of The Colombo Plan Secretariat with its Head Office located at 31, Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 7, in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the CUFFM (hereinafter, referred to as “CUFFM” located in The Czech Republic, have reached the following agreement for the implementation of the project titled: “Title of Project”) (hereinafter, referred to as the “Project”). DAP and CUFFM shall be collectively termed as the “Parties”.
