THIS AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) evidences an award of Class B Units granted pursuant to the TCO Group Holdings, L.P. All capitalized terms that are used but not defined in this Agreement (including Appendix A attached hereto) have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan.
