ProCare Therapy, a d/b/a of New Direction Solutions, LLC (“ProCare”) and Idaho Arts Charter School whose principal location is 1220 5th Street North, Nampa, ID 83687 (“Client”), a charter school, whether public or private, non-public school or district, enter into this non-exclusive Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the purpose of referring and placing Consultants (“Consultants”) with Client. This Agreement shall govern the overall terms of the relationship, while a separate Client Assignment Confirmation for each placement will outline specifics as to bill rates, personnel, and assignment lengths.
