Plaintiff Kwane Gatlin (“Plaintiff”), on the one hand, and Defendants Anheuser-Busch, LLC and Anheuser-Busch In-Bev Worldwide, Inc. (“Defendants”), on the other hand, make this Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”).
