This Employee and Employee Applicant Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between SFC Communications, Inc. dba Eukon Group, a California Corporation, (the "Employer") on behalf of itself, its subsidiaries and other corporate affiliates (collectively referred to herein as the "Eukon Group"), and (the "Employee and Employee Applicant") (the Employer and the Employee and Employee Applicant are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties") as of (the "Effective Date").
