This Master Subcontract for Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Subcontract”) is effective as of the Click here to enter a date. between thyssenkrupp Elevator Corporation, (also referred to herein as “thyssenkrupp Elevator,” “thyssenkrupp,” “We,” or “Us”) and click here to enter Subcontractor’s Name (also referred to herein as “Subcontractor” or “you”), a corporation whose principal address is click here to enter Subcontractor address and shall govern any and all work set forth in any purchase orders issued by thyssenkrupp Elevator to Subcontractor subsequent to the execution of this Subcontract (hereinafter referred to individually as a “Purchase Order”).
