This Confidentiality Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of June, 2024, between Confluence DJ LLC, a Colorado corporation, and Arete Land & Minerals LLC, a Colorado corporation, (the “Company”), and (“you” or “Recipient” and each of you and the Company being referred to as a “party,” all references herein to a “party” shall include such party’s subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, unless the context otherwise requires).
