THIS AGREEMENT OF SALE (this “Agreement”) is made as of this 10th day of August, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between VIRGINIA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND STATE UNIVERSITY, a state agency and an educational institution of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“Seller”), and the CITY OF FALLS CHURCH (“Purchaser”).
