This advisory agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which Ursa Financial, LLC (“Ursa”, “we”, “our” or “us”), an SEC-registered investment adviser, will provide ongoing discretionary investment management services for your assets in your Ursa account (“Account”). This Agreement will be effective on the date you electronically sign it (“Effective Date”) and therefore become our client (“Client”, “you”, “your”). You will electronically sign this Agreement by typing your full name and clicking the “I Agree” button which will constitute your electronic signature. Your electronic signature will be valid and treated in the same manner as if you signed a physical paper agreement in-person. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning as set forth in the Terms of Use.
