CONSORTIUM AGREEMENTConsortium Agreement • February 3rd, 2022
The parties to this agreement wish to collaborate on a research project (See Schedule 2), supported by the Royal Academy of Engineering through the Transforming Systems through Partnership 2019/2020 grant scheme, entitled “Automating Concrete Construction for Social Housing in Colombia". This agreement governs the parties’ collaboration in relation to that project. The Award will provide for the support of the project to be undertaken by Dr. Paul Shepherd, the awardee, of The University of Bath (the ”Recipient”), in collaboration with the UNAL, under the direction of Professor Camilo Ríos Fresneda, assistant professor attached to the Department of Civil and Agricultural Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering, Bogotá headquarters, and as Project Manager Mr. Rodrigo Velasco Gómez, legal representative of the company FRONTIS3D SAS, identified with NIT 900.565.479-3, with main domicile in Bogotá, for the completion of the program of activities.
