This Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between San Diego Unified School District, a California public school district organized and operating under the California Education Code § 35000, et seq., (hereinafter referred to as "District"); and Sharepoint360, LLC, 701 “B” Street, Suite 1601, San Diego, California 92101 (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant") and sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
