This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is made and entered into as of the date the last authorized signature is affixed hereto by The Frontier Project LLC, (“Contractor”) and Virginia Commonwealth University, a corporation and an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia, (“VCU”). Contractor and VCU are sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
