WHEREAS the general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours, and wages, all as set out herein and to provide a procedure for the settlement of grievances which may arise hereunder so as to maintain harmonious relations between the Employer and its employees covered by the terms of this Agreement.
