The general purpose of this Agreement is to secure for the Company, the employees and the Union the full benefits of orderly and legal collective bargaining, and to ensure to the fullest extent possible the safety and physical welfare of the employee, economy of operation, quality and quantity of output and protection of property. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Company, the employees and the Union to co-operate fully, individually and collectively for the advancement of such conditions.
