THIS DEVELOPMENT AND LICENSE AGREEMENT made and entered into effective upon the mutual acceptance of this Agreement (“Effective Date”), by and between Archuleta County, ("County"), and Veterans Memorial Park of Archuleta County, a Colorado nonprofit Corporation ("VMP"). County and VMP may be referred to hereinafter collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
