This December Settlement Stipulation (“December Stipulation”), when fully executed and accepted, will constitute a valid settlement agreement enforceable among Commonwealth Edison Company, an Illinois corporation (“ComEd” or the “Company”), the People of the State of Illinois (“AG”), the Citizens Utility Board (“CUB”), the Natural Resources Defense Council (“NRDC”), the Environmental Law & Policy Center (“ELPC”), the Coalition to Request Equitable Allocation of Costs Together (“REACT”) (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”), and the Staff of the Illinois Commerce Commission.
