Maryland (“Town”) hereby enter into this memorandum of understanding (“MOU”). This MOU establishes a basis for cooperation between the Town and the County in implementing the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”) Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (“MS4”) General Permit (“Permit”).
