This Sponsorship Contract, made effective as of 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2019, is by and between the Board of Education of the Cleveland Municipal School District (the “Sponsor”), a political subdivision of the State of Ohio (the “State”), and the governing authority of a community school called Citizens Leadership Academy (the “School”), established as a non-profit and public benefit corporation under Ohio law whose corporate charter number is 1921913 (“Governing Authority”) (together, the Sponsor and the Governing Authority are referred to herein as the “Parties”).
