This Memorandum of Understanding (hereafter referred to as the “MOU”) is entered into this […] day of […], […] by and between THE TRUSTEES OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY on behalf of San Jose State University, San Jose and California State University, Monterey Bay, and THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA on behalf of The University of California, Santa Cruz (universities hereafter referred to as “SJSU”, “CSUMB”, and “UCSC”, respectively) in order to establish a Joint Doctoral Program in Collaborative Leadership that will result in an Ed.D. degree awarded by UCSC and in the names of each university and their respective systems. The purpose of this MOU is to establish procedures for the operation and fiscal administration of the degree program.
