This Right of Entry Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of November 12th , 2021 for reference purposes only, is entered into by and between EKI ENVIRONMENT & WATER, INC., a California corporation (“LICENSEE”), and the CITY OF SAN JOSÉ, a California municipal corporation (“CITY”), and shall become effective upon execution by the CITY.
