This First Amendment to Lease Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made effective as of the latter signature date hereof (the “Effective Date”) by and between Hamburg Township, a Michigan general law township (“Lessor”) and Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“Lessee”) (Lessor and Lessee being collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
