This Amendment amends the Contract dated _____ by and between O'Fallon School District #90 (the “District”), and Illinois Central School Bus LLC (the “Contractor” and together with the District, the “Parties”). This Amendment is hereby effective on August 13, 2020 (the “Effective Date”). This amendment applies to any and all service reductions such as: days less than 175, routes, middays, shuttles, and monitors less than were running on February 2020.
